Gwen Young was born in Dubbo but left to take up a career in teaching which lasted over 40 years. Her position of Migrant Support Worker covers the Local Government areas of Dubbo, Wellington and Mudgee. She is based at the Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre.

Gyorgyi Nyers is based at the Lightning Ridge Neighbourhood Centre. Gyorgyi, who was born in Hungary, has lived in Australia for over 30 years, 13 of them in Lightning Ridge. She has been working as a Migrant Support Worker for 11 years.
